In a summer sample box you might have mixed salad leaves (Batavian Salad Bowl & oak leaf lettuce, coriander, basil, rocket & ruby chard), cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bunched carrots, courgettes, new potatoes, salad onions, spinach, french beans and fruit: all organic.
